Questions during and pertaining to the filing of a current tax return is very different from questions regarding bespoke advice on what a taxpayer should do in different circumstances. That falls into the Tax Advisory services for loopholes and advantages. All other quickfire questions are prepaid on the first full hour regardless of how much time is used. That is so no one feels rushed while helping our clients the best we can on the initial call. Additional time needed will be invoiced per 30 minutes and to be paid before the services begin. Any unused time of 20 minutes on the initial hour can be credited to the next Q&A call.
